Session Cancellation
24-Hour Notice
Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for:
- Full refund to the original payment method
- Credit applied to your account for future sessions
- Free rescheduling to another available time slot
Less Than 24-Hour Notice
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time:
- May result in forfeiture of up to 50% of the session fee
- Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion
- Documentation may be requested for emergency exceptions
No-Shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling
Tharlonnthranex offers flexible rescheduling options:
- Unlimited free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
- Rescheduling within 24 hours subject to tutor availability
- Sessions can be rescheduled up to 30 days from original date
Package Refunds
For prepaid session packages:
- Unused sessions may be refunded within 90 days of purchase
- Refunds calculated at the individual session rate, not package rate
- A 10% administrative fee may apply to package refunds
- Package credits are non-transferable
Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to technical issues:
- On our end: Full session credit or refund provided
- On student's end: We will attempt to reschedule; partial credit may be offered
- Mutual technical issues: Session will be rescheduled at no cost
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience at tharlonnthranex. If you are not satisfied with your first session:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the session
- Receive a full refund or credit toward a session with a different tutor
- First-session guarantee applies once per subject area
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Contact us via email or phone as soon as possible
- Provide your booking confirmation details
- State the reason for your cancellation or refund request
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
